Subscribing to newsletters

All persons who are known to Capitola as contact person will automatically receive the newsletter. This newsletter contains two options; “update your preferences” and “unsubscribe from this list”.

Inspection and correction of own information

All persons whose data we have stored are entitled to inspect their data at any time. In addition, they may request the correction or deletion of their personal data. Deletion is only permitted if the data is no longer relevant to our business operations.

We have an Information Security Policy and the website uses an SSL certificate. Our systems are placed in secure data centres, which allows us to guarantee the safety of your data. The data is never transported.

If an employee notices a data breach, he or she must report it to his or her manager and the manager in charge at the location. The situation is recorded in the ‘Breach Management’ tab in the ‘Capitola Policy & Procedures’ file. The situations are analysed and followed up with an action plan.
